ITS Pack Out, Moving,
& Storage Service

If you have damage to your property from a flood, fire, mold, storm, or need disinfection services, hoarding cleanup, extreme cleaning, or other restoration services for your home or business, it is often the case that unaffected property will need to be removed from the space during the restoration process.

We provide professional pack out, moving, and storage of property for both commercial and residential restoration jobs. Our team will carefully wrap, inventory, pack, and transport your possessions to our warehouse for safe keeping. Protective coverings for all furniture and items of value will be provided. Upon completion of the cleaning and restoration job, we will move everything back to the restored property.

Climate Controlled Storage

With 8000 square feet of climate controlled storage, our warehouse is equipped with central station monitoring, fire and theft alarms, and a sprinkler system. We have dedicated cleaning stations, a specialized ozone room, on-site dry cleaning and state of the art equipment, as well as a fleet of box trucks and vans to accommodate any size job.

Post construction, they moved all of our furniture and appliances back in, putting felt pads on the bottom of every piece in order to prevent damage to our new floors and going above and beyond our expectations.
